Firewater With Me
With roots in the Andes mountain, this drink has both notes of citrus and sweet tartness, along with baking spices that warm you up, giving you that comfy satisfied feeling inside, fueled by the fire of the lit pineapple. Soaked in 151 - essentially it's stupid. We dehydrate pineapple, to rehydrate it; differently.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Aguardiente
- 0.5 oz Aged Rum
- 0.5 oz Passionfruit Liquor
- 0.75 oz Acid Adjusted Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Canelazo Syrup
- 0.25 oz Orange Juice
Method
Add lime, pineapple, tequila, to the tin while having a separate glass filled with ice. Fill tin with additional ice. Close tin and shake until tin is too cold to hold (you can also use a protein powder shaker!) and strain into new glass of fresh ice. Add pineapple slice, I don't recommend attempting the fire on it.
