Ingredients

  • 1.0 oz Rum (lightly Aged or Dark)
  • 1.0 oz Whiskey (Bourbon recommended)
  • 2.0 oz Hibiscus Tea (brewed and cooled)
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3.0 g dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • 2.0 g dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 2.0 oz Soda Water
  • 2.0 oz Ice

Method

In a shaker, combine rum, whiskey, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, chocolate bitters, and Peychaud’s bitters. Add ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain into a wine glass or rocks glass over fresh ice.
