Walk into any high-volume bar on a Friday night and you'll find the same scene behind the stick: a cutting board covered in lime juice, a garnish tray of fruit that peaked two hours ago, and a bartender who spent the first 45 minutes of their shift slicing instead of selling.

Fresh fruit is a beautiful lie. It looks great at 4pm and looks like garbage by 10pm. It requires daily prep labor, generates constant waste, and produces inconsistent results across drinks, across shifts, across locations.

We started Cocktail Garnish Co. because we believed there was a better way to buy dehydrated orange slices and bulk dried citrus garnish. Cocktail Garnish Co. founded in New York City with a focus on solving the garnish waste problem for high-volume bars. First customers: NYC craft cocktail bars.
2021
Expanded product line to include lemon, blood orange, grapefruit, and pineapple. Launched wholesale program. First hotel partnerships secured.
2022
Reached 500+ wholesale accounts. Added edible botanicals — rose petals, hibiscus, chamomile, lavender. Began shipping nationwide.
2023
Surpassed 800 venues. Secured partnerships with Delta Sky Clubs, Hilton properties, and Universal Parks. Launched eco-friendly Hedge Grass Straws.
2024
