Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will ship the next available business day.

Order Tracking & Taxes
Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has departed our facility. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Customs & Duties: COCKTAIL GARNISH CO. LLC is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Delivery Issues
We want your garnishes to arrive in perfect condition. To ensure a quick resolution, please follow these guidelines:
- Lost or Severely Damaged Box: COCKTAIL GARNISH CO. is not liable for products lost or majorly damaged by the carrier. Please contact the shipment carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a formal claim.
- Garnish Quality Issues: If your shipping box is intact but the items inside are damaged (e.g., broken wheels, quality defects), please contact us directly at info@cocktailgarnishco.com so we can fix it.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim or contacting us.
