Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz Cynar
- 0.5 oz Jalapeno Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino
- 3.0 g Celery Bitters
- 3.0 g Dashes Saline

Method
Add all ingredients to tin (or protein shaker at home!) and add ice. Shake vigorously until the tin is near too cold to touch. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass with a Dehydrated Lemon Wheel. Express lemon peel across the top of the glass and discard peel.
