How many dashes of bitters should I use?
Two to three dashes in a cocktail, five to seven if you are building a bitters and soda. A dash is roughly 0.75 to 1 mL, or one full squeeze of the dropper. Start under and adjust upward, because bitters are concentrated and you cannot take them back out.
