Zuzu's Petals
No one really knows if this one is for lovers, or for a hot night on the town. Just when your front end thought it was too sweet your hind catches the saline to round it all out.
Ingredients
- 1.0 oz Egg White
- 1.75 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1.0 oz Strawberry & Rose Cordial
- 0.25 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 3.0 g Dashes Saline
Method
Add all ingredients to mixing tin (or at home you can use any container with a lid, like a protein shaker!) and add ice. Shake vigorously until tin is cold to touch and strain. After straining ice away shake again with no ice in the tin. Pour into rocks glass with 2" cube. Garnish with expressed lemon peel and a pinned mini bouquet of rose petals.
