The Bruce Banner
This cocktail was inspired by my time at The Wayland. Wanted to come up with a fresh, savory style margarita. The name is a nod to one of Marvel Comics greats, Bruce Banner, The Incredible Hulk, mainly because sometimes Tequila makes us believe we are stronger than we really are.

- 1.5 oz Don Fulano Blanco
- 0.5 oz Empirical Cilantro
- 5.0 g Fresh Cilantro
- 0.25 oz Tomatillo
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
