Firewater With Me

Firewater With Me

created by Anthony Reyes
With roots in the Andes mountain, this drink has both notes of citrus and sweet tartness, along with baking spices that warm you up, giving you that comfy satisfied feeling inside, fueled by the fire of the lit pineapple. Soaked in 151 - essentially it's stupid. We dehydrate pineapple, to rehydrate it; differently.

Ingredients

1.5 oz
Aguardiente
.5 oz
Aged Rum
.5 oz
Passionfruit Liquor
.75 oz
Acid Adjusted Pineapple Juice
.5 oz
Canelazo Syrup
.25 oz
Orange Juice

Directions

Add lime, pineapple, tequila, to the tin while having a separate glass filled with ice. Fill tin with additional ice. Close tin and shake until tin is too cold to hold (you can also use a protein powder shaker!) and strain into new glass of fresh ice. Add pineapple slice, I don't recommend attempting the fire on it.

DRIED GARNISH FAQ?

Why should I choose dehydrated citrus over fresh fruit for my event or bar?

Dehydrated garnishes are the premium choice for professional mixology and high-volume events. Unlike fresh fruit that browns and creates waste, our shelf-stable dried garnishes retain their vibrant color and concentrated aroma for over a year. This guarantees consistent presentation for every guest, reduces cost-per-serving, and eliminates prep time—perfect for weddings, corporate gatherings, and busy bars.

Do you offer bulk dried limes for wholesale or large parties?

Yes! We specialize in bulk dehydrated lime wheels and slices for large-scale events and wholesale partners. Whether you are stocking a restaurant bar or planning a 500-person reception, our bulk dried fruit packages ensure you have high-quality, uniform garnishes ready to go. Buying in bulk offers significant savings and ensures you never run out of premium cocktail supplies.

How do dried limes compare to fresh limes for flavor and aroma?

Our dried Persian limes and standard lime wheels undergo a slow dehydration process that locks in essential citrus oils. This results in a concentrated, tart flavor profile that infuses into beverages more intensely than fresh wedges. They are the top choice for craft cocktails, tea infusions, and culinary applications where a bold, zesty citrus punch is required without the watery dilution.

Are your dehydrated fruit wheels suitable for food photography and styling?

Absolutely. Food stylists and professional photographers rely on our garnishes because they do not wilt, sink, or change color under studio lighting. The preserved structure and translucent aesthetic of our dried oranges, limes, and lemons create stunning, backlit visuals perfect for editorial food photography, social media content, and brand marketing campaigns.

What is the shelf life of your dried cocktail garnishes?

Our preservative-free dried fruit is cured to last. When stored in a cool, dry place, our garnishes maintain their peak freshness and texture for 9+ months. This makes them an essential pantry staple for home bartenders and a risk-free inventory investment for commercial venues looking to minimize food spoilage costs.

Can I use dried limes for things other than cocktails?

Yes. While they are the industry standard for Gimlets, Margaritas, and Mules, our dried lime slices are incredibly versatile. They are widely used as edible cake toppers, sustainable holiday décor, grazing board accents, and aromatic additions to hot teas or marinades. They are the ultimate multi-purpose ingredient for creative hosts.
